Venetian Plaster Wall - Marmorino Medium - Islington, London
A high-end, lime-based, or acrylic-based wall finish that, when applied in multiple thin, layered, and burnished coats, creates a smooth, polished, and durable surface that mimics the look of natural marble, limestone, or travertine.
Rooted in ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome, Venetian plaster was popularised during the Italian Renaissance to provide the look of heavy stone without the added weight.
